🚀 What is Catalyst?

Catalyst is CISSA’s Semester 2 flagship hackathon! This year’s theme revolves around the fun side of tech. Think games, movies, music and more! Build a project over the weekend for a chance to win attractive prizes, all while munching on good food and receiving professional mentoring!

🔧 What am I building?

Anything goes! Most teams will be building web apps and websites, you can stand out by building a game, plugin, web extension and more!

Given that the event is only (barely) 3 days long, we aren’t expecting polished, fully complete projects. What we want to see is fun ideas, fun technologies and you having fun!

🏆 Competition Format

Good news if you hate public speaking, no pitches this time!

  1. You will start hacking on Friday immediate after the commencement ceremony
  2. Submit your projects (including a video) by Sunday 5:00PM on Devpost
  3. Judging commences immediately and final results will be announced right after during the closing ceremony!
